Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our existing team. This role will be instrumental in promoting and closing gifting packages for charitable and competitive golf events within the designated region and key accounts ie. Ronald McDonald House, Chambers of Commerce, Fraternal Organizations, Cancer Centers, and Community Charitable Orgs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales in the designated territory.
- Identify potential charity event organizers and tournament directors and initiate conversations to introduce our gifting packages.
- Present product offerings and provide demos to potential clients.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high quality of our swag bags.
Market Analysis:
- Identify opportunities to penetrate the market by networking with local philanthropists and attending golf events.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and industry feedback.
- Provide regular feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Reporting:
- Track and report sales performance, including sales activities, sales volume, and revenue.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding territory activities and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the golf apparel/accessories, events or gifting industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

- Expected Annual 135k

Compensation:
- Performance based commissions on 100% of revenue generated from sales
- Commission rate to be determined based on experience
